SALES CONDITIONS
TreeShops is a website specialized in international and national sale of furnishings.
Prices
All available goods in TreeShops have its sale price, including VAT and excluding mailing expenses.
Mailing expenses
All prices exclude mailing expenses and light bulbs, which will be calculated according to goods weight and Post price list.
If you are interested in ordering our goods, we will send you an e-mail with the respective mailing expenses.
Order
When you reserve/order a good, we will reply you with an e-mail message.
If you don’t receive this reply message in 48 hours, please contact us again (that means we didn’t receive your e-mail).
When you want any more information or photos of the good(s), you can ask for it by sending an e-mail. If you don’t ask any questions, that means you agree on the conditions of the good.
Payment Conditions
We don’t accept credit cards. We only accept money transfers. Since the moment you let us know you want to order the good(s), you only have 48 hours to make the money transfer to our bank account. We will just start packing after you confirm us that the transfer of the total amount of your order has been made.
Expedition
All national orders will be sent on registered mail by CTT Correios (Portuguese Post Office).
After sending your order, it will be sent an email with its registration number, so that you can check its delivery process and with this it is possible to guarantee its delivery.
Delivery terms
Orders will be sent all Tuesdays and Thursdays.
Delivery guarantee
In case of loss of registered mail, TreeShops ensures the refund of the order’s total amount.
You should pay attention to the delivery process, through its registration number, so that if you don’t receive your order in hand, you will have to go to the post office on time and pick it up.
If you don’t pick it up on time and it is given back to us, the refund will only happen after you pay the new mailing expenses.
Stock rupture
Customers will be refund in total amount of the order if we encounter a stock rupture.
Privacy Policy
TreeShops has a personal database with its customer’s data, which will not be given to others or will not be used for another purpose than that of processing orders.
